Prices shown are all inclusive - unlike previous years there are no additional costs for laundry and electricity costs. An additional deposit of £100 is required, which is returned to you within 30 days of your departure. We reserve the right to withhold some or all of the deposit should the property be left in an acceptable condition. Should any loss or damage occur to the property the cost of replacement or repair will be deducted from the deposit.
