Superb location in La Trigale, just off the famous Marais Square and within easy walking distance of St Anne town centre. This well-equipped attractive three storey town house provides comfortable accommodation with fast WIFI throughout, media station and Internet enabled HD TV. The Kitchen, dining and reception area and access to the garden are on the ground floor, bedrooms and bathrooms are accessible on the first floor with the Second Lounge located on the third floor. It has the benefit of a private terraced garden, great for barbeques on sunny days!

1 x ensuite which has a double bed with option to convert to twin beds, 1 x single room, 1 x family shower room.

Parking is available in the Marais Square.

Returnable deposit: £200

To book a property we require the returnable deposit plus 25% of the rental. The deposit is returned in full immediately after your stay. In the unlikely event of any loss or damage a charge will be deducted from the deposit before returning to you.
