"We have had a super time with beautiful weather and lots of walking (feeling quite healthy). The house accommodated our 2 families with no trouble. The sunsets and shooting stars have been spectacular, saw a seal in Braye Bay one day, quite exciting."

Situated in a peaceful location, Heathcote, has spectacular sea views and has been reported as being in a great location for bird watching. The house is a 10 minute walk from town and some magnificent Cliff walks, Braye Beach is just a 15-20 minute walk. The house and its two terraces get the morning and the evening sun with stunning sunsets. Ideal for large family groups, sharing friends/colleagues or a couples retreat (see discount information).

Returnable deposit: £200

To book a property we require the returnable deposit plus 25% of the rental. The deposit is returned in full immediately after your stay. In the unlikely event of any loss or damage a charge will be deducted from the deposit before returning to you.
