Aztec is a traditional 3 storey town house located in St Anne, The accommodation is well equipped with everything you should need to enjoy your stay. Guests can enjoy the elevated South facing Garden and patio accessed by a flight of stairs. As you enter from the iconic cobbled high street you are greeted with the following layout; Entrance hall leading to the garden, small w/c room and the stairs. A snug lounge to your right, with the Dining room and Kitchen to your left. First floor accommodates the shared family bathroom, 1 double room and the Twin room. Third floor you will find the second double bedroom with en suite w/c room. X 2 Double bedrooms X 1 Twin bedroom X 1 Family Bathroom x 2 W/c rooms Garden Pets considered on request. No parking - some parking spaces are available close by. *If traveling with children please inquire with the agent before booking. It should be noted that we are unable to install stair gates at this property*

Returnable deposit: £200

To book a property we require the returnable deposit plus 25% of the rental. The deposit is returned in full immediately after your stay. In the unlikely event of any loss or damage a charge will be deducted from the deposit before returning to you.
