Pipedreamer offers high standard accommodation with its contemporary design throughout and breath-taking views across the Northern side of the Island overlooking the iconic Braye Bay and Harbour. Situated on an elevated hill the property is within reasonable walking distance to the nearest Harbour shops, restaurants and pubs. On the ground floor you have the spacious entrance hall with 4 well-presented bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms. There is also a separate family bathroom. The first floor opens up to a spacious open plan living and dining areas with a well equipped kitchen,Patio doors lead onto the balcony which wraps around the entire property with 2 seating areas to the side and rear. Returnable deposit: £200

To book a property we require the returnable deposit plus 25% of the rental. The deposit is returned in full immediately after your stay. In the unlikely event of any loss or damage a charge will be deducted from the deposit before returning to you.
